Cast-In-Place Application
Corrugated metal pipes, which are typically used as storm culverts, tend to rust in the area where there is flow. Offset / open joints and deformation of the pipe are other common defects. Repairing the pipe (wire mesh to stabilize is shown here) is important before lining begins. In this process, cement and moist aggregate are mixed and the material is cast-in-place via a low-density spray application.
