Systematic Manhole Repair + Replacement
This aged, structurally compromised brick manhole required structural restoration. Deteriorated grout and mortar caused systemic leakage. The rehab process included the repair of structural cracks the application epoxy and cementitious linings. These coatings are resistant to bacterial and chemical corrosion and help to prevent infiltration/exfiltration leakage. The manhole is trowel finished to compress the concrete.
